What do you think have been the keys to your success on this social network?
The fact that we are a well-known brand with a strong leadership makes it easier for us to boost our presence on social media. The Don Simón brand, for example, has entered into over half of Spanish households.

They are an attractive way for users to interact with the brand and get to know our products.
How often do you post promotions on Facebook and why do you do it that often?

Our promotions on Facebook are mainly spread through advertising activities on Facebook. We sometimes use other channels that focus more on Branding. However, when it comes to participation, it is easier to achieve better results when the promotion is spread through the same channels than those already used by the users we want to attract.
